Led by Someone Who's Actually Practicing, Not Just Managing

Our Direct Primary Care program is led by founder and nurse practitioner Lindsey Landers, who’s been a nurse since 2010 and earned her Family Nurse Practitioner credential in 2013. Lindsey specializes in aesthetic medicine, obesity management, and functional medicine, including bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, which means your primary care provider here is also equipped to talk with you about hormones, weight, and overall wellness if those things come up — not just whatever brought you in that day. She built this program because she wanted to practice medicine the way she actually believes it should be practiced, with real time for patients and real follow-through, instead of being boxed in by the volume-driven model most traditional clinics are stuck running.

Membership starts at $75 a month for an individual and scales up from there based on age, with family plans topping out around $275 a month, plus a one-time enrollment fee. No copays stacking up every visit, no confusing bills showing up weeks later. If you’d rather pay as you go instead of joining the membership, we’ve got a straightforward visit-based fee schedule for that too. Frequently Asked Questions

Okay so what actually IS direct primary care? I keep seeing it and I don't get it.

Totally fair question, most people haven’t heard of it until a friend mentions it. Basically you pay one flat fee every month and that covers your visits with your provider — no copay, no surprise bill two weeks later, none of that. You can call or text us directly instead of waiting on hold or hoping someone calls you back. We’ve got patients coming from Scottsville, Glasgow, even up from Hartsville and Westmoreland because honestly, nobody around here is doing primary care quite like this.

Nope, not even close. Most of our members keep their regular insurance for the big stuff — surgery, ER visits, specialists, all of that. DPC just handles your everyday care, the stuff you’d normally burn through your deductible on. Think of it as running alongside your insurance, not replacing it.

I know that sounds like a lot to throw out there, but once you add up what you’d normally pay in copays and urgent care visits, most people find it pays for itself pretty fast.

Honestly? Depends on you. If you’ve got a high deductible plan and you’re basically paying out of pocket for every regular visit anyway, yeah, this probably saves you money AND gets you better care. If you rarely need to see anyone and you’re happy with your current setup, maybe hold off. But a lot of folks who ‘don’t go to the doctor much’ actually just stopped going because the whole process was such a hassle — and that’s exactly the thing we fixed.

Yep. That’s kind of the whole point of this model. You’re not stuck playing phone tag with a receptionist or waiting three days for a callback. You text, you get an actual answer from someone who knows your history. Same-day or next-day appointments are the norm here, not the exception.

There’s a few other DPC-style practices popping up in the region and honestly, that’s a good thing for patients — more competition usually means better care. What we’d say sets us apart is that we’re not JUST primary care. You’ve got the same provider handling your annual physical who can also talk to you about your skin, your hormones, your weight goals — it’s all connected here instead of bouncing you between three different offices that never talk to each other.

That’s an option too — we’ve got a pay-as-you-go fee schedule running from $50 to $150 depending on the visit length and type. You still get the same quality of care, same access to labs and procedures, you just pay each time instead of monthly. A lot of people start there and switch to membership once they realize how often they’re actually using it.
