Southern Kentucky Aesthetics offers Direct Primary Care (DPC) services, providing comprehensive primary healthcare through both membership plans and pay-per-visit options. Below you’ll find detailed information about our services, pricing, and what’s included in each option.
DPC provides an opportunity for patients to have easier access to health care, easier communication with providers, and longer/more attentive office visits without the feeling of being rushed.
What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care is a healthcare model where patients pay a monthly membership fee for unlimited primary care services. This model eliminates insurance involvement for routine care, allowing for more time with your provider, transparent pricing, and direct communication.
DPC Member
Unlimited visits and special discounts
Starting at
$75/month
- Single (ages 2-26): $75/month
- Single (ages 27-65): $100/month
- Single (ages 66+): $125/month
- Married Couple: $175/month
- 2 Adults + 1 Child: $250/month
- Family Max (3+ members): $275/month
* Enrollment fee may apply: $85 (single) or $170 (family)
